Club Tutorials
Tuesday Afternoons

Teach a Club Tutorial Class - If you are interested in teaching / tutoring a class for Club Tutorials, you must:

• Complete a Membership Form
• Pay Membership Fees
• Submit a Club Tutorial Proposal

Participating Families - If you are interested in becoming a part of Club Tutorials, you must :

• Complete a NEW / CURRENT Membership Form
• Pay Membership Fees *
• Submit an Enrollment Form
• Submit a NON-REFUNDABLE $50 deposit for EACH CLASS and for EACH STUDENT. The teachers/tutors will contact families to collect the initial $50 deposit. The remaining fees will be collected on the first day of class of each semester. The Club Tutorial Calendar reflects the days to pay the two installments. If the class does not meet the minimum amount of students by August 1st, all fees will be refunded. Each class may have a different required quota.

* Families who are concurrently enrolled in the Calvary Class Day will NOT need to submit additional membership fees.
